Client Success Manager

We're looking for a Client Success Manager to join our marketing agency. You will be the face of our company to our clients — the person our clinics know, trust, and hear from.

Results are what our clients pay for, but the relationship is what keeps them. That's yours to own.

We're a patient acquisition agency for medical spas across the United States. We generate leads for our clients, our team calls and books those leads, and our clients get new patients for their treatments.

What you'll own

1. Client retention — clinics stay because the relationship is well managed. If a client feels ignored or loses confidence, that's yours to prevent.

2. Onboarding calls — you run the client-facing onboarding call for every new clinic: confirming information, setting expectations, starting the relationship well. (Our Operations Coordinator handles the technical build — you own the conversation.)

3. Day-to-day communication — you're their point of contact. Nothing sits unanswered.

Bi-weekly check-in calls — every client, on a rhythm. You walk them through their numbers, what's working, what's being improved, what's next.

4. Getting ahead of problems — you watch each clinic's performance and spot issues before the client does. When results dip, you bring them a clear explanation and a plan. The client should never be the one raising a problem first.

5. Upsells, referrals & reviews — happy clients are our best growth channel. You will be commissioned on upsells

What we're looking for

1. Excellent spoken and written English — you're on video calls with US business owners every day

2. You reach out first — clients hear from you before they need to chase you

3. You don't go quiet when it's uncomfortable — you'd rather be early and honest than comfortable and silent

Comfortable with numbers — you can explain leads, bookings and show rates plainly to a clinic owner

4. Confident asking — for the referral, the review, the upsell. This isn't a passive role.

5. You run yourself — You run on a rhythm doesn't happen from memory. Nobody should have to chase you.

- $15/hour, 30 hrs/week to start

- Commission on upsells

- Remote, with overlap on US business hours
