We are looking to bring someone on for 30 hours per week during the training period as an hourly employee. Hourly pay will be between $12-$15After successfully completing the 90-day training period, you will be eligible for a full-time position of 30–40 hours per week, based on your performance and capabilities. At that time, you will also become eligible to participate in our bonus program.

We are a joyful, mission-driven company looking for a proactive Client Success Manager who can oversee client relationships, team coordination, and account organization — all while keeping projects moving and clients smiling.
Role Overview
The Client Success Manager (CSM) serves as the primary point of contact for our clients (we call them Suitees). You’ll ensure every client is supported from onboarding through ongoing success, coordinating with our internal team to deliver great work and magical experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Lead onboarding calls, ensuring expectations and deliverables are clear.
- Manage client onboarding and offboarding.
- Conduct regular check-ins, client status, and strategy meetings.
- Organize and send client gifts and milestone touchpoints.
- Identify and present upsell opportunities.
Team Coordination
- Oversee internal task lists to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Communicate client updates, requests, and changes with the internal team.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and keep projects moving efficiently.
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal execution.
Account Oversight
- Review client accounts for progress, billing accuracy, and performance.
- Maintain organized client records and documentation.
- Track retention, renewal dates, and satisfaction levels.
- Prepare and deliver client success summaries and reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in client success, account management, or operations (marketing or service-based experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience using CRM and project management tools (GoHighLevel experience preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Positive, professional, and client-centered attitude.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of small business or healthcare practice operations.
- Familiarity with Monday.com. Slack, GHL.
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Ability to create and present client-facing reports and resources.
