Client Success Manager, Remote (Cape Town)

£1,200–£1,400/month | Full-time | Remote
We're a content agency based in Edinburgh, Scotland. We produce video-first content for founder-led businesses and personal brands across the UK. We're growing fast and we need someone to make sure every client gets what they need, on time, every time.
You'll be the link between our clients, our editors, our videographer, and our founder. If something's late, you catch it before anyone else notices. If something's not up to standard, you flag it before it goes out.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing day-to-day client communication. Updates, approvals, chasing feedback, making sure nothing stalls.
- Quality checking all edited content before it's delivered or scheduled. Does it meet the brief, does it look right, is the copy correct.
- Scheduling content via Metricool across Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Managing the videographer. Making sure footage is uploaded post-shoot, files are organised, nothing gets lost.
- Monthly reporting for each client. Pulling performance data and presenting it clearly.
- Keeping the content calendar on track. Every client, every platform, every deadline.
- Making sure the whole process runs without the founder needing to chase anything.
What we're looking for:
- Social media experience. You understand how Instagram and LinkedIn work, what good content looks like, and what performs.
- Organised to the point where it's annoying. Nothing slips, nothing gets forgotten, everything has a system.
- Strong English, written and spoken. You'll be communicating directly with UK-based business owners.
- Management experience. You're comfortable holding people to deadlines and standards without being asked.
- Self-starter. Fully remote means nobody is watching over your shoulder. You either get the work done or you don't.
- Comfortable with tools like Metricool, Notion, Google Drive, and willing to learn anything new quickly.
- Detail-oriented. You'll spot a typo in a caption, a wrong hashtag, a dodgy crop before it goes live.
This role is right for you if:

- You care about quality as much as you care about getting things done on time.

This role is not right for you if:
- You need to be micromanaged.
- You think "close enough" is good enough.
- You can't handle direct feedback.
You'll report directly to the founder. This is a key hire for us. The person in this role will have a massive impact on how the business grows.
