Job description
Medipost Holdings has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Analyst in our Marketing Department, based in Gezina, Pretoria. This position is ideal for a pharmacist with exceptional written communication skills who enjoys producing high-quality reports, tender responses, proposals, professional presentations, and other business documents. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing reports and presentation material for medical scheme clients. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, focused, and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects while consistently delivering accurate, polished, and professional work. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing and submitting reports and presentation material to medical schemes and clients
- Drafting, reviewing, and editing high-quality written content, including reports, tender responses, proposals, presentations, and other business documents
- Designing and producing professional PowerPoint presentations and slide decks for client engagements, tenders, and internal initiatives
- Supporting tender submissions and proposal development
- Maintaining and improving the quality and accuracy of reports, presentations, and business documents
- Assisting with special projects and strategic initiatives
Minimum requirements
Qualifications:
- Grade 12
- Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant (registered with SAPC).
Ideal:
- B.Pharm or a bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or a related healthcare field, with the applicable professional registration where required.
Experience:
- 3 years' experience in the healthcare sector
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and professional reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Good understanding of healthcare industry trends
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Advantageous:
- M.Pharm
- Experience with Power BI or QlikView
- Exposure to research methodology and marketing
- Experience with Canva
- Previous experience compiling tender responses or technical proposals
