Amandla Development is a youth-focused non-profit organisation committed to improving the lives of adolescents and young people through integrated health, education and empowerment programmes. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Coordinator to join our youth health programme. The Clinical Coordinator will be based at Amandla's Samora Safe Space, where they will provide direct clinical services to adolescents and young people while coordinating health interventions and providing clinical mentorship and technical support to Professional Nurses across Amandla's other Safe Spaces. Key Responsibilities Provide direct, youth-friendly primary healthcare services at the Samora Safe Space. Deliver HIV Testing Services, PrEP, ART, TB/STI screening, family planning and broader Sexual and Reproductive Health services in accordance with applicable clinical guidelines. Coordinate the implementation of health interventions across Amandla's Safe Spaces. Provide clinical mentorship, guidance and technical support to Professional Nurses and other clinical staff. Monitor clinical performance, service delivery targets and quality of care. Lead clinical audits, quality improvement and compliance with Department of Health guidelines and organisational SOPs. Strengthen referrals, case management and linkages to care. Ensure accurate clinical records, data reporting and management of medicines, supplies and equipment. Maintain effective relationships with the Department of Health and other health partners. Minimum Requirements Diploma or Degree in Nursing. Current registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC). NIMART qualification – essential. At least 3 years' Primary Health Care experience. Strong experience in HIV, TB, STI and SRH service delivery. Experience supervising, mentoring or supporting other clinical staff. Experience working with adolescents and young people will be advantageous. Dispensing Licence and training in IMCI, PMTCT, APC/PACK or Quality Improvement will be advantageous. Strong communication, leadership, reporting and organisational skills. Computer literacy and willingness to travel between Amandla's programme sites.
