Job description

We are looking for a CTS to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Successful orientation and onboarding of new nurses.
Quality and accuracy of competency assessments.
Completion and maintenance of clinical training records.
Feedback from hospitals and Unit Managers.
Nurse performance and clinical readiness.
Timely identification and management of clinical concerns.
Compliance with company and hospital clinical requirements.
Effective communication with Recruitment Consultants and hospital management.
Meeting agreed orientation and training targets.

Minimum Requirements

Relevant clinical nursing experience.
Previous training, mentoring, education, or supervisory experience will be advantageous
Computer literacy.
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel between healthcare facilities where required.
