Job description
We are looking for a CTS to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Successful orientation and onboarding of new nurses.
- Quality and accuracy of competency assessments.
- Completion and maintenance of clinical training records.
- Feedback from hospitals and Unit Managers.
- Nurse performance and clinical readiness.
- Timely identification and management of clinical concerns.
- Compliance with company and hospital clinical requirements.
- Effective communication with Recruitment Consultants and hospital management.
- Meeting agreed orientation and training targets.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant clinical nursing experience.
- Previous training, mentoring, education, or supervisory experience will be advantageous
- Computer literacy.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel between healthcare facilities where required.
