Co-WorkSpace Manager / Other proficient skills.

we’re seeking a Co-Workspace Manager to ensure smooth operations. This newly launched role will start with minimal responsibilities but will grow as the business expands. We’re looking for someone who can build trust, take accountability, and communicate proactively. We do not micromanage, so ownership of your work and early communication about blockers are key.

We want someone eager to learn beyond this initial role, as it will evolve. Initially, you’ll assist the founder in setting up, organizing stock, equipment, and ensuring members are cared for while becoming familiar with daily procedures. Then, you’ll manage and operate the workspace, ensuring it runs professionally, supports members, and continually improves. Familiarity withs the oftware will be required as we progress, and you’ll be part of the ecosystem.

This role is on a contract basis. The co-working space will operate from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a lunch break scheduled when the co-work space becomes quieter than usual. During these hours, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support our members.
