Job description

Role: Cold Calling Agent – Real Estate
Working Hours: Half-week
Remuneration: R2,000 basic salary per month
Incentives: Attractive commission structure (to be discussed during the interview)

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our real estate team as a Cold Calling Agent. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, has strong persuasion skills, and thrives in a target-driven environment. The successful candidate will focus on contacting prospective clients, identifying opportunities, and arranging appointments.

Key Duties

Make outbound calls to potential clients
Keep accurate records of all communications and follow-ups
Work closely with the sales team to improve outreach strategies

Requirements

Previous experience in the property sector will be beneficial
Comfortable using computers and digital tools
Strong verbal communication and people skills
Self-driven, focused, and able to handle rejection positively
