As the Colleague Experience Content Creator, you'll be at the heart of everything we share with our people - from snappy social media posts to full-blown video campaigns. This role isn't for someone who simply posts content. We're looking for a creator. Someone who sees stories where others see everyday moments, loves bringing ideas to life, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and make things happen.

You're the kind of person who...

Lives and breathes content creation, from brainstorming concepts to filming, editing and publishing.

Has a strong eye for design and creates scroll-stopping graphics using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects or similar) and is always exploring new creative tools.

Is confident behind both the camera and the lens, with experience in photography, videography, lighting, editing and creating content that people want to watch.

Understands social media beyond trends. You know what works, why it works and how to adapt content across different platforms and audiences.

️ Is highly organised and can confidently manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and content calendars using tools like Notion, Monday.com or similar scheduling and project management platforms.

✍️ Can write compelling copy that sounds human, engaging and authentic, whether it's a social post, recruitment campaign, internal newsletter or video script.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. You don't wait to be told what to do, you spot opportunities, solve problems and keep creating.

Brings fresh ideas to the table every day. You're naturally curious, always looking for new trends, creative techniques and innovative ways to showcase our people and culture.

Works brilliantly with others. You'll collaborate with colleagues across People, Talent, Marketing and Operations while building strong relationships with employees at every level of the business.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience creating employer branding or recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing content calendars and social media scheduling tools.
  • Motion graphics or animation experience.
  • Photography or videography.
  • Experience producing short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts or
  • A portfolio that showcases creativity, storytelling and high-quality content production.

As a true ambassador for Sigma Connected, you’ll live and breathe our values, inspiring others through compelling digital content that captures our unique culture. You’ll craft polished, brand-aligned multimedia - written, visual, video, and audio - for campaigns, projects, attraction activities, and regular updates across platforms like Viva Engage, SigmaNet, and social media. From designing eye-catching graphics in Canva to producing creative internal videos celebrating employee achievements and key cultural moments, your content will elevate engagement and set us apart from the competition.

You’ll collaborate closely with People, Talent, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and a strong, authentic employer brand. Supporting Talent attraction efforts, you’ll help create materials that resonate with future candidates, while monitoring content performance to continuously refine your strategy. Always on the lookout for fresh ideas, you’ll proactively identify new content opportunities and deliver impactful creative solutions, all while balancing multiple priorities and maintaining strong relationships across the business.
