We're not looking for order-takers. We need a closer. Someone who wakes up wanting to hit target, works every account until it pays, and treats a "promise to pay" as a promise they'll personally make happen.

You are:

• A go-getter who chases the money and doesn't let accounts go quiet
• Relentless on follow-up — call, WhatsApp, SMS, call again
• Sharp on the phone: firm, confident, impossible to brush off
• Driven by numbers — the more you recover, the more you earn
• you win by being persistent, not by crossing the line

You'll:

• Work your arrears list every single day, top to bottom
• Get customers on the phone and close a payment date
• Set up and enforce payment arrangements through DebiCheck
• Log everything, chase everything, drop nothing

What we pay:

• R2 000 monthly stipend
• R100 for every account you recover — uncapped. Recover 30, that's R3 000 on top. Recover 60, that's R6 000. Your effort, your earnings.

You bring: 1+ year in collections or sales, a thick skin, and a track record of hitting target.
