Introduction

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Collections Coach to join our team. As a Collections Coach you will be responsible for coaching and developing collections agents to improve performance, maximise collections, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job description

Coach and mentor collections agents to improve performance and productivity.
Monitor and analyse individual and team performance against KPI's.
Conduct call evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing development.
Promote compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Ensure that quality assurance is applied in an independent, objective and neutral manner.

Minimum requirements

National Senior Certificate / Grade 12
2-3 years in a collections call centre.
At least 1 year's experience in a coaching, mentoring or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of collections processes, performance management and quality assurance.
Excellent communication, coaching and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Call centre systems.
