Job description

Aventus Group is looking for an experienced Collections Supervisor to lead a team of 15-25 Collections Agents in a fast-paced microlending environment.

The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with proven collections experience, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to drive performance, accountability, and results in a target-driven call centre operation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Collections Agents;
Drive collections performance against daily and monthly targets;
Monitor KPIs including collections, RPC, PTP conversion, yield, productivity, and quality;
Conduct coaching sessions, 1:1s, and performance reviews;
Manage underperformance, attendance, and disciplinary processes;
Ensure compliance with collections procedures and quality standards;
Analyze performance data and implement corrective actions;
Support collections campaigns, dialler strategies, and portfolio performance;
Report team performance, risks, and action plans to senior management.

Must-Have Requirements

Matric/Grade 12 (Mandatory);
Minimum 2 years' experience managing a collections team in a call centre environment;
Proven debt collections/debt recovery experience;
Experience managing 15-25 agents and driving KPI achievement;
Strong coaching, performance management, and leadership skills;
Experience working in a high-volume, target-driven environment;
Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Pay: R11 507,49 - R28 388,51 per month
