Job Description The position requires a driven individuals who is goal orientated. The successful candidate needs to possess proficient communication skills and the ability multi-task. The job entails selling new business products to prospective client within the call centre.

Qualifications

• Minimum Matric qualification or equivalent qualification
• FAIS accreditation is essential (RE and Full Qualification) for applicants that have been working in the financial services industry prior to December 2010, preference will be given to applicants with their FAIS Regulatory Exams (RE5) completed.
• 2 years insurance sales experience (preferable)
• Previous call centre sales experience (preferable)

• Relevant tertiary or Call centre qualification will be advantageous

Candidate will be remunerated on a performance based salary system which is calculated on your team's performance.
