About the Role
We are recruiting experienced and driven Commercial Insurance Sales Hunters (B2B) for a leading financial services organisation.
This opportunity is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who enjoys building their own pipeline, prospecting for new business, and closing deals. This is not a lead-generated role—you will be responsible for sourcing your own clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and business development.
In this face-to-face role, you will build strong relationships with business and corporate clients while providing tailored commercial short-term insurance solutions.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- FAIS Credits / Full Insurance Qualification (where applicable)
- RE5 Qualification (where applicable)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the commercial insurance industry
- Minimum 2 years' face-to-face B2B sales experience
- Proven ability to source, develop, and convert your own business leads
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets
- Valid Code B driver's licence
- Own reliable vehicle

- Present and sell commercial short-term insurance solutions
- Build long-term client relationships
