About the Role

As the Commercial Manager – iGaming Sales, you'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing commercial opportunities that fuel business growth. Working closely with internal stakeholders and key industry partners, you'll develop strategic initiatives that strengthen market presence while delivering exceptional commercial results.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the iGaming and sports betting ecosystem.
• Build and manage relationships with key operators, suppliers, affiliates, and strategic partners.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and partnership agreements.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to uncover new revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance teams to deliver successful commercial initiatives.
• Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting through to onboarding and account growth.
• Prepare commercial forecasts, performance reports, and business cases for senior leadership.
• Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities across Africa and beyond.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a Commercial Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar commercial role within the iGaming or online sports betting industry.
• Strong understanding of the African iGaming landscape and key market dynamics.
• Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and building strategic partnerships.
• Excellent negotiation, influencing, and relationship management skills.
• Commercially analytical with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop growth strategies.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
• Willingness to travel when required.

• Existing network within the African iGaming industry.
• Experience working with sportsbook, casino, payments, affiliates, or gaming platform providers.
