I'm looking for a part-time commercial real estate operations assistant who can manage databases, research properties, coordinate follow-ups, and handle recurring administrative work. This role pays $2-$8/hour.

About the Role:

This company is a commercial real estate brokerage that represents retail properties and investment clients, and they are looking to bring on a commercial real estate operations assistant to help with database management, property research, and administrative follow-up.

You will support email campaigns, maintain contact records, research properties, prepare materials, and respond quickly to phone-based instructions.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and clean commercial real estate contact records.
Research properties, owners, brokers, and market availability.
Prepare brochures, proposals, and email campaign materials.
Organize follow-ups using assigned contact priority categories.
Complete administrative requests received by phone or voice message.
