Introduction

Cartrack, a world-leading smart mobility Software-as-a-Service tech company operating across 23 countries, is looking for Commercial Sales Managers to join their Commercial teams.

Job description

You will lead a team of high performing Team Leaders (corporate sales) to achieve and exceed sales targets, drive new business growth, and strengthen Cartrack’s market presence through effective coaching, process improvement, and strategic use of CRM tools. Locations:

1x East Rand & Vanderbijlpark
1x Cape Town

Minimum requirements

Minimum Grade 12
5 years of Commercial/B2B sales experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
A strong sales background
Experience driving new business and revenue growth
A results-driven approach, with a focus on performance, targets, and accountability
Solution orientated
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Industry experience in [e.g. fleet management, logistics, telecoms, software] is a plus

This is a good fit for someone who's energetic, sales-driven, and comfortable managing people.
