Job description

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by managing the Commercial Relationship Managers (x12) in a specific area/region
• Coaching the team towards generating new business, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the RM's is key to the success of this role
• Acquire competitor information as well as industry developments and network with potential customers and business partners in an effort to promote Cartracks Fleet Management Solution and VAS
• Achieve CRM targets, utilise the system to enable increased sales outcomes
• Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and effecient sales team
• Prepare monthly forecasts/budgets

Minimum requirements

• Degree
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
• Solution oreintated
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• High level of EQ with strong negotiation skills
• Applied Excel at an Intermediate/Advanced Level
• CRM applied experience
