Commercial Sales Representative

A well-established provider of accredited education, training, and skills development solutions is looking for a motivated and results-driven External Sales Executive to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a dynamic sales professional with a passion for building client relationships and expanding business opportunities within the corporate sector
Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow new business opportunities within the corporate market.
• Promote accredited training programmes, skills development initiatives, and learning solutions to businesses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals, Learning & Development teams, and other key decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and training needs analyses.
• Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Negotiate and close sales opportunities while delivering excellent customer service.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and business development targets.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and submit regular activity and sales reports.
• Represent the company professionally at client meetings and networking opportunities.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in external business-to-business (B2B) sales.
• Proven success in business development and achieving sales targets.
• Previous experience selling training solutions, higher education programmes, HR services, recruitment solutions, consulting services, or other corporate services will be advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Self-driven, organised, and target-orientated.
• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Comfortable engaging with executives and senior management within corporate organisations.

Package & Remuneration

Salar: R20 000 to R30 000 Basic (dependent on qualifications and experience) + Commission

Pay: R20 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
