About the Role

The Commercial Sales Executive at Motus Volkswagen plays a vital role in driving sales growth and enhancing customer relationships within the automotive sector. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase sales revenue.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct thorough product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the features and benefits of various vehicle models.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and events that attract potential customers.
• Negotiate sales agreements and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and facilitate repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and report performance metrics to management on a regular basis.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to remain competitive in the market.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers at all levels.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, demonstrating a results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM software and standard sales tools to manage and track customer interactions.
• A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for travel to client meetings and events.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial vehicle sales or fleet management is advantageous.
• Relevant sales certifications or training courses would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of automotive finance options and related products.
