About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, driven B2B Sales Representative to drive outbound outreach and secure demos for our custom SaaS attendance management solution, AttendanceTracker.

You will target high-volume workforce organisations, including recruitment & staffing agencies, and mid-to-large enterprises (50+ employees) managing employees across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting: Identify, cold call, and email key decision-makers (Operations Directors, HR Managers, Recruitment Leads, and Program Directors).
Demo Generation & Demos: Present AttendanceTracker's multi-host and multi-site dashboard solutions to prospects.
Deal Closure: Manage prospects through the sales pipeline from initial contact to software onboarding.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach, follow-ups, and lead statuses.

Target Market Focus

Recruitment & Staffing Agencies (managing placements across client sites).
Mid-to-Large Businesses (50+ employees in retail, construction, logistics, services, etc.).

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales, cold outreach, or business development (HR tech, recruitment, or SaaS experience is a major advantage).
Comfortable operating on a 100% commission model with high earning potential per account closed.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to self-manage, prospect independently, and run remote software demonstrations.
