REQUIREMENTS: Undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 7) and postgraduate qualification (NQF Level) as recognized by SAQA in Business Management/Finance, Accounting, Operational Management. 8-10 years' experience on the Senior Management level. Knowledge: Del and Compensation Fund Strategies and Goals. Del and Compensation Fund Services Delivery Models. Labour Relations Act. Risk Management and Corporate Governance. Budgeting and Financial Management. Employment Equity Act. Basic Conditions of Employment Act. Relevant stakeholders. Customer Service (Batho Pele) Principles. COIDA. Legislative requirements: COIDA. Public Finance Management Act. National Treasury Regulations. Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA). Public Service Act. Public Service Regulations. Promotion of Access to Information Act. DUTIES:Determine the Fund Strategy, Vision, Mission and Value of the Fund and develop Strategic plans. Leads and Strategically direct the operations of the Fund. Represent the Fund at relevant internal and external structures as well as maintaining stakeholder relations to enhance the value of Fund. Establish and maintain appropriate internal controls and corporate governance. Champion institutional transformation and organizational change in order to deliver on service delivery commitments. Strengthen the institutional capacity of the Fund. Manage senior management team
