Confirmations Agent – Debt Review (Cape Town)
We are looking for a confident, professional, and experienced Confirmations Agent to join our growing team in Cape Town .
The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting clients to confirm their Debt Review applications using a structured script, ensuring all information is accurate, compliant, and that clients fully understand the Debt Review process.
Please note: Previous Debt Review experience is essential . Applicants must have a sound understanding of the Debt Review process and be confident discussing it with clients and answering general process-related questions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact clients to confirm their Debt Review applications.
- Follow the prescribed confirmation script accurately.
- Verify client information and ensure all required details are captured.
- Explain the Debt Review process clearly and professionally where required.
- Answer client questions relating to the Debt Review process.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions.
- Meet daily confirmation and quality targets.
- Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous Debt Review experience is essential.
- Thorough understanding of the Debt Review process and relevant legislation.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Professional and friendly telephone etiquette.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Must currently reside in Cape Town.
Advantageous
- Previous experience as a Confirmations Agent within the Debt Review industry.
- Call centre or customer service experience.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
