We’re looking for a sharp, dependable, and detail-driven Construction Estimator who can read plans, perform accurate takeoffs, secure vendor pricing, and build estimates that help the team win profitable projects .

What You’ll Do

• Review and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications .
• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates .
• Prepare detailed takeoffs based on project scope and requirements.
• Send RFPs to vendors , collect pricing, and follow up as needed.
• Submit RFIs to clients to clarify project requirements.
• Review vendor quotes and incorporate accurate pricing into estimates.
• Apply knowledge of electrical and lighting systems when estimating.
• Maintain organized estimating files, pricing, and project documentation.
• Use STACK, Bluebeam, or similar takeoff/estimating software .
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to keep estimates moving.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines .

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in construction estimating and quantity takeoffs .
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications .
• Experience with RFPs, RFIs, vendor pricing, and project documentation .
• Working knowledge of electrical and lighting systems .
• Experience with STACK, Bluebeam, or similar software .
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal English communication .
• Organized, accountable, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates without sacrificing accuracy.
