CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN WANTED – PINETOWN
A well-established Civil & Construction Company based in Pinetown is looking for an experienced and reliable Construction Foreman to join our team.
Position: Construction Foreman
Location: Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal
Industry: Civil & Construction
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Construction Foreman in civil and/or building construction.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, site procedures, and health & safety requirements.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
Experience managing construction teams and subcontractors.
Good communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Ability to monitor workmanship, productivity, materials, and project progress.
Valid driver's licence will be an advantage.
Relevant qualifications and/or trade experience will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities on construction sites.
Manage workers, subcontractors, and site activities.
Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and programme requirements.
Monitor materials, equipment, and labour requirements.
Maintain site discipline and enforce health and safety procedures.
Liaise with site management, contractors, and suppliers.
Identify and resolve site-related issues efficiently.
Provide regular progress updates to management.
