Job description
- Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Science, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or related built environment qualification.
- Registration with the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP)
- Valid driver's licence.
- Knowledge of CIDB, GCC, JBCC, NEC and FIDIC contracts.
- Develop comprehensive project execution plans.
- Prepare project schedules using Microsoft Project or Primavera.
- Define project milestones and critical paths.
- Develop procurement schedules.
- Prepare project cash flow forecasts.
- Establish project budgets.
- Coordinate design reviews and constructability assessments.
- Develop project risk registers.
- Prepare resource allocation plans.
Pay: R296 819,81 - R1 045 979,01 per year
