Are you an experienced Construction Site Foreman who takes pride in delivering quality projects, leading teams, and getting the job done right?

VAD Construction (Pty) Ltd is a rapidly growing construction and property development company based in Durban, delivering exciting residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects across KwaZulu-Natal. We are looking for a motivated, hands-on leader to join our team.

What You'll Do

Manage daily site operations from start to completion.
Supervise subcontractors and site labour.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate materials, plant, equipment, and deliveries.
Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Liaise with clients, consultants, engineers, and project managers.
Monitor productivity, quality control, and programme deadlines.
Maintain site records, progress reports, and health & safety compliance.
Identify and resolve site issues proactively.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Construction Foreman.
Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, and general building construction.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Valid driver's licence.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple trades on site.
