Job description
Megatech is looking for a skilled ERP Consultant / IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems, ERP solutions, and technical support. Experience with Syspro ERP is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Implement, support, and optimize ERP (Syspro) solutions.
- Provide IT technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist with system upgrades, configurations, and maintenance.
- Train users on ERP functionalities and IT best practices.
- Travel occasionally for on-site support and system implementations.
Requirements:
- Degree in BCom IT or Information Systems.
- Experience with Syspro ERP (advantageous).
- Strong technical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
