Contact Call Centre Consultant

We are looking for young enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Contact Call Centre Consultant. In this role, you will contact potential customers, introduce them to our clients' products and services, and help them find solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote and educate customers on our clients' products and services.
• Build rapport and establish positive customer relationships.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance targets.
• Capture accurate customer information on the company's CRM system.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and courteously.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service on every interaction.
• Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
• Participate in training, coaching sessions, and team meetings.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) is advantageous.
• Previous call centre or sales experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Confident telephone etiquette.
• Computer literate with basic data-capturing skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be available to start immediately.
