Job description
The Maintenance Contact Centre Agent is responsible for coordinating and authorising vehicle maintenance and repair activities to maximise fleet availability, minimise vehicle downtime and ensure effective cost management. The role serves as the primary point of contact between customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring maintenance requests are processed efficiently and repairs are completed in accordance with approved procedures, technical standards and delegated authority. The incumbent contributes to operational excellence by delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records and promoting cost-effective maintenance solutions.
Pay: From R10 000,00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Centurion, Gauteng
