Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Call Centre Agent s to join an established hospitality operation in Johannesburg North.
Unfortunately we are not accepting BPO backgrounds.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in hotel reservations, travel reservations, or
hospitality call centres, excellent communication skills, & a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
- SA National or valid work permit
- You’ll need a strong background in hospitality reservations, sales or travel arrangements.
- Matric (Grade 12) - Diploma or a degree and relevant tourism experience preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken
- Minimum two years working in a similar position
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Salary Offered: R15 900 + benefits
