Job description
The Contact Centre Learnership provides unemployed youth with the opportunity to obtain a nationally recognised qualification while gaining valuable workplace experience within a professional contact centre environment. Learners will receive structured theoretical training and practical exposure, enabling them to develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for a successful career in customer service or sales and the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.### Requirements
- Be between 18 and 34 years old.
- Be a South African citizen.
- Reside in the Western Cape.
- Be unemployed for at least 7 days before the final interview.
- Not currently be studying or enrolled in another learnership.
- Not have previously participated in a DEDAT or Collective X funded programme.
- Not have had continuous employment exceeding 12 months immediately prior to applying.
