treated with elite energy, and converted with absolute precision. We are looking for a powerhouse Contact Centre Team Lead who couples an infectious, unshakeable positive attitude with deep technical mastery of ViciDial.
But here’s the kicker: You must be as sharp with compliance as you are with conversions. We run an audit-grade operation, meaning POPIA data integrity and TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) outcomes are hardcoded into how we script, dial, and win every single
day.

What you’ll bring to the table:

- ViciDial Technical Mastery: You know the dialler inside out. You understand campaign setups, hopper adjustments, real-time list recycling rules, and how to manage drop rates perfectly.
- Speed-to-Lead Obsession: You know that a lead called within 5 minutes converts 10x better than a lead called in 20 minutes. Speed-to-lead is your religion.
- Compliance Safeguard: You understand that POPIA and TCF protect our business. You know how to enforce data security on the floor, handle opt-outs instantly in ViciDial, and coach agents to pitch cleanly without using predatory, high-pressure tactics.
REQUIREMENTS
The Requirements Checklist:
- 2–3 years of experience as an Outbound Sales or Hot-Lead Conversion Team Lead in a South African contact centre.
- Non-negotiable, hands-on experience configuring and managing ViciDial.
- Practical understanding of POPIA compliance and TCF outcomes within a sales floor context.
- A proven track record of hitting sales targets while maintaining excellent QA/Compliance scores.
