Job description

This is a remote position.

This is a position within Haldren and not with one of its clients.

Haldren is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Content Coordinator to join our internal content team. This is a fully remote role based in South Africa and a genuine opportunity to work alongside a talented, fast-moving team that operates across a wide range of media, platforms, and projects. From video and social media to press releases, advertising, and presentation content, no two days look the same. If you are someone who thrives on variety, loves being part of a creative environment, and wants to grow within a tech-forward organization that invests in its people, this role offers real learning and genuine exposure across a fast-moving content environment.

The ideal candidate has some experience in a content or marketing environment, strong written English, and the ability to keep multiple tasks moving at once. You will work closely with the content team, helping to coordinate, prepare, and deliver work that is polished, on-brand, and on time.

  • Support the content team across social media, press releases, video projects, and presentation decks

  • Assist with scheduling and publishing content across social media channels
  • Support video production coordination including briefing, scheduling, and asset management
  • Help compile content performance reports for the team
  • Help maintain consistency of brand voice and visual standards across all content

Requirements

  • Some experience in a content, marketing, communications, or related support role
  • Strong written English with a feel for tone, clarity, and brand voice (preferably someone who can switch between US and British English with ease)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality (detail should be your middle name)
  • Comfortable working with content calendars or project management tools
  • Able to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Proficiency with standard tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, or similar

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to content or marketing work across multiple brands or entities
  • Interest or experience in multimedia content including video or audio formats
  • Familiarity with professional services, recruitment, or executive search content
