Content Creator & Social Media Specialist (Full-Time or Part-Time) - 4x4 Outdoor Industry

Location: Kempton Park, Gauteng

Big Country 4x4 is looking for a talented and creative Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to join our team. If you're passionate about photography, videography, social media, AI-powered content creation, and the 4x4/overlanding lifestyle, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that showcases our products, installations, vehicles, and brand. Most of the content will be captured at our fitment centre in Kempton Park, with opportunities to create content at events, launches, and outdoor locations.

This position can be full-time or part-time, depending on the successful candidate's availability and experience. Remuneration will be structured accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture professional-quality photography and videography for our products and brand.
• Edit photos and videos to a high standard for use across digital platforms.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across all of our social media platforms.
• Use the latest AI tools to improve efficiency, enhance content, and assist with content creation while maintaining our brand identity and quality standards.
• Develop creative content ideas that showcase our products and connect with the 4x4 and overlanding community.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and help grow our online presence.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to promote new products, events, and campaigns.
• Ensure all content aligns with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in professional photography and videography.
• Strong editing skills using industry-standard software.
• Experience creating content specifically for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Good understanding of the latest AI tools used for image editing, video editing, content generation, and workflow enhancement.
• Excellent creative eye with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• A valid driver's licence is advantageous.

Preferred Experience

The ideal candidate should have a genuine interest in the 4x4, overlanding, and outdoor lifestyle. A good understanding of popular off-road vehicles, vehicle accessories, and the South African 4x4 market will be a significant advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R6 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
