Your Mission:

Join our Merchandising team and take ownership of getting deals live on the Wowcher, Things to To Do, 5pm, Superbreak and Metro Deals — accurately, on time and optimised to convert. Our deal copy is AI-generated, so this isn't a traditional writing role: your job is to edit, fact-check and polish that copy, making sure every deal is accurate, on-brand and set up to perform before it goes live. You'll develop hands-on experience working with LLM-generated content day in, day out — learning what good AI output looks like, spotting where it goes wrong, and feeding that knowledge back to improve how our content is produced.

As you settle in, your scope will grow beyond editing into optimisation: supporting content tests, helping us understand what makes deals convert, and assisting the wider Marketing team with LLM-generated content. Sitting at the heart of our Merchandising team, you'll gain valuable exposure to how deals are sourced, positioned and marketed. It's a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where accuracy and attention to detail matter — and where teamwork, growth and having fun are all part of the deal.

Your Quests Include:

• Edit and optimise AI-generated deal copy, ensuring it is accurate, engaging and follows SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) best practices before going live across the Wowcher portfolio
• Review deals to make sure they are grammatically correct, factually accurate, visually appealing, and written in our house style to highlight the unique selling points of each offer
• Schedule deals to go live with the best possible write-up and imagery for our subscriber base across all brands – some paid weekend work may be required
• Support our content optimisation work — helping run and monitor content tests and applying what we learn to make deals perform better
• Assist the Marketing team with LLM optimised content, applying the same editing and quality standards across a wider range of formats.
• Help create engaging action orientated copy to be used across various marketing channels – focused on building brand personality whilst driving commercial impact
• Support collaboration with other teams by carrying out feedback requests; light image sourcing/editing may occasionally be required (where not handled by our Design team)
