Job description
We are seeking an experienced Contract and Procurement Analyst to support procurement operations, strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier governance, and contract administration within a multinational Shared Services environment. The successful candidate will ensure procurement activities align with governance frameworks, optimise supplier performance, and contribute to cost savings while maintaining compliance with organisational policies and procurement best practices.
The ideal candidate has experience working within large multinational organisations and possesses strong analytical, stakeholder management, and contract negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing
- Execute strategic sourcing initiatives across multiple procurement categories.
- Conduct supplier market analysis and benchmarking.
- Support RFIs, RFQs, RFPs and tender processes.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and value creation.
- Participate in supplier negotiations and commercial evaluations.
Procurement Operations
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities.
- Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Ensure procurement transactions comply with company policies.
- Monitor procurement cycle times and identify process improvements.
- Support procurement reporting and spend analysis.
Contract Administration
- Draft, review and administer supplier contracts.
- Track contract renewals and key milestones.
- Monitor supplier contractual obligations.
- Ensure contracts comply with legal and governance requirements.
- Maintain contract repositories and documentation.
Supplier Management
- Monitor supplier performance against agreed KPIs.
- Conduct supplier performance reviews.
- Support supplier onboarding and due diligence.
- Resolve supplier-related operational issues.
- Build strong supplier relationships.
Vendor Governance & Compliance
- Ensure procurement activities comply with governance frameworks.
- Support vendor risk assessments.
- Monitor supplier compliance with company standards.
- Maintain procurement audit readiness.
- Support internal and external audit requests.
Shared Services Support

- Work within Shared Services or BPO procurement environments.
- Support regional procurement operations.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal and Business stakeholders.
- Drive procurement standardisation and continuous improvement.
- Work within Shared Services or BPO procurement environments.

Minimum Requirements

- 5–7 years' experience in Procurement or Contract Management.
- Experience in:
- Strategic Sourcing
- Procurement Operations
- Supplier Relationship Management
- Contract Administration
- Vendor Governance
- Shared Services or BPO environments
- Experience within multinational organisations.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience preparing procurement reports and spend analysis.
- Experience in:
- 5–7 years' experience in Procurement or Contract Management.
