Security Control Room Operators Wanted – CCTV + Alarms

We are looking for someone who has worked inside an actual security/emergency control room or call center.

To apply you need to meet the following requirements:

PSIRA Grace C – Currently Registered (Ensure your Certificate is attached as PDF) **We cannot interview unless PSIRA registered and Valid.

Fluent in English (Able to Read, Speak and Write at First Language level - You will be speaking to clients and ALL work is done in English on computer.)
Experience working in a control room or call centre (Minimum 2 years).

Actual experience using a computer to fulfil daily duties. Preference given to experience using applications(software) that deals with CCTV [Video Management Systems] alarms, client management systems and OB's.

You need to state what software programs you used fulfilling work functions in prior posts. *[Without this breakdown your application is automatically rejected.]

Alarm Monitoring Experience (Minimum 1 year) – Preferred but not essential.

Able to work shifts (Monday to Sunday. Day and Night Shifts included)
Must be a South African Citizen with a valid ID document. [Attached in your application]
Experience in MS Word, Outlook and intermediate PC literacy and typing skills.

Computer use and call taking will be evaluated during the interview process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R8 140,00 - R9 500,00 per month
