Job description
- Matric / Grade 12 Equivalent - Advantageous
- Valid PSIRA Grade A
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Control Room
- Proficient communication in both English and Afrikaans (verbal and written).
- Administrator level in MS Outlook, Word, Excel.
- CCTV surveillance, Data capturing, Radio control and alarm monitoring required. Systems Training:
- Experience in operating alarm monitoring software, Online Information Management System, Experience with HikCentral CCTV Camera System
- Strong character and able to make decisions with minimum input from management.
- Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail with a responsible and accountable approach to instructions, procedures, and policies.
- Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel.
- Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations and provide protection services.
- Good Report writing skills.
