Job description

Matric / Grade 12 Equivalent - Advantageous
Valid PSIRA Grade A
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Control Room
Proficient communication in both English and Afrikaans (verbal and written).
Administrator level in MS Outlook, Word, Excel.
CCTV surveillance, Data capturing, Radio control and alarm monitoring required. Systems Training:
Experience in operating alarm monitoring software, Online Information Management System, Experience with HikCentral CCTV Camera System
Strong character and able to make decisions with minimum input from management.
Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and customer service orientation.
Attention to detail with a responsible and accountable approach to instructions, procedures, and policies.
Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel.
Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations and provide protection services.
Good Report writing skills.
