Conversion Agent/ Sales Agent

We are looking to recruit a Conversion agent to join our team in Century City, Cape Town

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promote company’s financial products and services
• Perform outbound calls to prospective clients with demo and live trading applications
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at all times
• Consistent follow up with clients via phone calls or emails through the client activation process
• Assist clients with inquiries on the trading platforms, products, onboarding and funding procedures
• Participate in the company’s marketing activities and promotional campaigns for customer acquisition and conversion
• Stay informed about the financial markets in order to spot trends, look for new opportunities and establish credibility with our clients by understanding their requirements
• Assist Compliance with the processing of Know-Your-Client documentation

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Fluency in English language both oral communication and writer is a must, other languages will be considered as a plus
• Eligible to work in South Africa.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Conversion or Sales position in a related field.
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office
• Proven track record in a sales environment
• Ability to grasp complex concepts quickly, and able to identify key messaging for different audiences Independent, self-directed and not afraid to make decisions to develop, execute and deliver on an assigned strategy
• Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving environment
• Positive attitude, flexible nature, a person who would thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Knowledge of forex, CFD trading and the markets is desirable Passion for phone sales is a must
