Seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal for our SA Home Loans Bonds Department for busy conveyancing firm in Table View.

Duties and responsibilities:

Bond cancellations and registration of new SA Home Loan mortgage bonds
Preparing files accurately, according to detailed specifications
Liaising with clients and attorneys
Drafting and checking of legal documents
FICA administration

Requirements:

3-5 years' bond administration experience (non-negotiable)
Grade 12 essential
Formal legal/conveyancing qualification advantageous
Proficient and experienced in Lexis Convey & MS Office
