Conveyancing Paralegal (UK Experience Required)

We are sourcing an experienced conveyancing paralegal to support a UK-based law firm's residential and/or commercial property team. The focus is end-to-end conveyancing file management for UK matters.

This is UK conveyancing work — familiarity with the UK property process is essential.

What the role involves:

Managing conveyancing files from instruction to completion
Preparing contracts, TA forms, and standard conveyancing documentation
Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors
Searches, enquiries, and title checks
Handling completions, exchanges, and post-completion formalities

What we're looking for:

3+ years in a UK conveyancing paralegal or fee earner support role
Paralegal diploma or certificate; LLB advantageous
Strong working knowledge of the UK conveyancing process (freehold/leasehold)
Excellent file management and attention to detail
Self-directed and reliable in a remote contractor role

Advantageous:
Experience with UK case management systems, SDLT/Land Registry submissions, remortgage or new-build experience.

The details:

Remote, South Africa-based
Full-time, 8 hours/day, Mon to Fri (UK hours)
Independent contractor, competitive monthly rate
Fixed-term to start, strong potential to go permanent
Paid one-month trial

Pay: R24 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
