Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers to drive performance and growth
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise revenue and minimise churn
- Build and maintain strong executive-level customer relationships
- Drive cross-selling and portfolio expansion across key clients
- Lead complex negotiations, contract renewals, and commercial agreements
- Ensure profitability through pricing strategy, margin optimisation, and forecasting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Technical, and Product teams
- Champion customer success initiatives by ensuring seamless onboarding and full product/service adoption
Develop and present executive-level performance reviews and ROI reports to corporate clients Identify early warning signs of client dissatisfaction and proactively implement churn prevention strategies Lead joint business planning sessions with clients to align on shared goals and long-term growth strategies Oversee and optimise the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and risk management Drive innovation within customer accounts by identifying new solutions aligned to evolving client needs Act as the senior escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring swift resolution and relationship recovery Ensure alignment between customer demand and internal production/supply capabilities Analyse sales and customer data to uncover growth opportunities, trends, and risks Strengthen the company’s position as a preferred supplier through value-based selling and service excellence Represent the business in high-level negotiations and strategic partnerships Continuously improve account management processes, tools, and reporting frameworks Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated solutions across multiple product categories Monitor market and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making and account positioning Embed a customer-centric, high-performance culture within the sales team### Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field 8–10 years’ experience in B2B sales, including leadership experience Proven track record managing key accounts and corporate customers Strong commercial acumen, including financial and margin analysis Expertise in strategic sales planning, negotiation, and CRM systems Ability to influence stakeholders and build long-term partnership
