Job description

Responsibilities

  • Material Pricing Management: Product’s BOM checking, materials’ pricing changing follow up, monthly cost update, cost variance allocation and analysis, monthly cost period closing.
  • Loss Management: Process loss management, loss KPI monitoring, scrap process inspection and external responsibility tracing.
  • Expense Management: Review of non-product usage standards, on-site audit of new suppliers, outsourcing project bidding and acceptance, over-expenditure occurrence review and expense analysis, monitor utility consumption and implement regulations.
  • Manufacture Order (MO) Management: Daily MO cleanup, rework process review, MO process monitoring and exception follow-up, abnormal discrete job analysis.
  • Inventory Management: Organize month-end inventory counting and account adjustments, output inventory and production tables; and count inventory of sample machines at month-end. Analyze aging stock and follow up consumption plan.
  • Self-assembly Management: Statistical equipment efficiency, re-measurement of product cycle time, tracking abnormal downtime losses, and formulating equipment utilization rate KPI.
  • Cost Foundation Management: Establish cost control-related metrics, create job manuals, promote activities like "Cost Month," and foster a team culture focused on cost reduction.

Qualification

  • 3+ years of manufacturing cost-related or finance work experience, with strong basic financial knowledge.
  • Prior experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ERP, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Excel operations.
  • Be able to endure hardships and hardworking, have good organizational, communication and analytical skills, have an intense sense of responsibility and be able to stand alone. Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, writing.
  • Experience with financial software systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
