Counter Sales Consultant

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Counter Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers at the sales counter, provide excellent service, and help drive sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers at the sales counter with product enquiries and purchases.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and provide accurate product information.
• Prepare quotations and process sales transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked sales counter.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
• Work closely with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure efficient service.
• Assist with general administrative duties related to sales.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in counter sales or customer service is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be fluent in English, Afrikaans, and Xhosa.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers.
• Honest, reliable, and well-presented.
• Matric (Grade 12) is required.

Pay: R8 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
