Job description

Key Responsibilities

Assist walk-in customers with product enquiries and sales.
Identify and recommend the correct automotive, electrical, and diesel-related parts.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Prepare quotations and follow up on customer enquiries.
Maintain excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
Work closely with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Achieve individual and branch sales targets.

Requirements

Previous experience in counter sales, preferably within the automotive, diesel, or electrical industry.
Good product knowledge of automotive parts and components is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong computer literacy and experience with point-of-sale or ERP systems.
Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong customer service focus.
