Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Attending to walk in customers
Invoicing customer purchases
Quoting customers on potential purchase orders
Answering incoming sales calls
Sourcing products for customers
Junior buying
Advising customers on technical aspects of stock
Following up with current customers who regularly order
Assisting Sales Representatives who call in and need help and are out of the office

Skills and experience:
Excellent product knowledge
Team player
Computer literate
Good marketing / sales skills
Good telephone etiquette
Excellent communicational skills
Minimum 3 years internal sales experience
