The CRC Outbound Sales Agent will play a key role in driving B2B sales growth while delivering a world-class customer experience. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer interactions, resolving customer requests with care and efficiency, and promoting Nespresso's products and services. The successful candidate will contribute to business performance through proactive sales activities, operational excellence, customer insights, and continuous improvement initiatives.

As a CRC B2B Outbound Agent, no two days are the same. You'll proactively connect with business customers, identify opportunities to grow our B2B portfolio, and build lasting relationships with both new and existing clients. You'll serve as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador, helping customers find the right Nespresso coffee solutions, products, and services to meet their needs.

Your day will include driving outbound sales activities, handling customer interactions with care and efficiency, supporting contract and customer data management, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. You'll use customer insights and business performance reporting to identify opportunities for improvement, contribute innovative ideas, and help shape the future of our B2B customer journey.

What will make you successful* Completed Matric

• Excellent proficiency in English is essential.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, outbound sales or business development
• Proven experience in generating B2B sales within a luxury, premium, or customer-centric brand environment.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into business growth.
• Comfortable engaging with customers across multiple channels including – phone, email, live-chat and social media.
• Exposure to digital customer engagement tools and CRM systems
• Excellent knowledge of Nespresso values, products, services, and operational procedures
