Job description
Build the Future of AI-Native Marketing Operations
We’re looking for a Creative Content Hub Lead to design, build and scale the next generation of AI-enabled creative content delivery.
This is not a traditional Creative Director role, nor is it a conventional Technology Lead position. The Creative Content Hub Lead operates at the intersection of marketing, creativity, automation and AI, and is responsible for designing the operating model that enables enterprise marketing teams to produce world-class creative work at unprecedented speed and scale.
You’ll establish and lead AI-powered Content Hubs for enterprise clients through a Build, Operate and Transfer model: designing the capability, running the operation, proving its value and ultimately transitioning ownership to client teams.
Success in this role requires someone who understands both the art of creative storytelling and the science of production systems.
Why This Role Exists:
Marketing is evolving from campaign production to intelligent digital content ecosystems.
The Creative Content Hub Lead will define how organisations combine creative excellence, AI, automation and operational discipline to build the marketing capabilities of the future.
This is an opportunity to shape how enterprise brands create, scale and govern content in an AI-native world—building systems that empower people rather than replace them.
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Establish AI-powered Content Hubs from strategy through implementation.
- Lead Build, Operate and Transfer engagements with enterprise clients.
- Design scalable production systems combining creativity, automation and operational excellence.
- Create frameworks for content generation at scale.
- Drive AI adoption across creative and marketing organisations.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams across design, copywriting, animation, production and technology.
- Build operational models that improve efficiency, speed-to-market and creative effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Experience, Technology and Data teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Build AI-Native Creative Operations
- Design and implement AI-powered Content Hubs for enterprise organisations.
- Create scalable operating models that blend creative excellence with automation.
- Build systems capable of producing high-quality content at enterprise scale while maintaining brand consistency.
- Establish repeatable production pipelines that integrate people, process, technology and AI.
Lead Creative Content Hub Technology
- Bridge creative, marketing, experience design and technology disciplines.
- Architect AI-enabled production workflows across image, video, copy, audio and motion.
- Design modular systems for content generation, localisation, adaptation and personalisation.
- Develop frameworks that combine human creativity with intelligent automation.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate them into production environments where they create measurable business value.
- Lead teams to deliver creative excellence and measurable client marketing outcomes.
- Design Content at Scale
- Create systems that enable the generation of thousands of high-quality marketing assets through structured automation.
- Build reusable content architectures, prompt libraries, workflow templates and asset frameworks.
- Develop scalable content operations capable of supporting multiple brands, markets and channels simultaneously.
- Drive continuous optimisation through automation, analytics and performance feedback.
Lead High-Performing Teams
- Build and lead multidisciplinary teams of creative specialists, technologists and AI practitioners.
- Scale delivery capability while maintaining exceptional creative quality.
- Coach specialists across creative craft, AI-native workflows and operational excellence.
- Establish delivery standards, governance frameworks and quality assurance practices.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation and continuous improvement.
Client Transformation
- Partner with executive stakeholders to define AI transformation roadmaps for marketing and creative functions.
- Lead discovery workshops and operating model design engagements.
- Translate strategic objectives into practical delivery capabilities.
- Build long-term client partnerships centred around measurable business outcomes.
- Guide organisations through the transition from traditional production models to AI-native creative operations.
AI Enablement & Capability Development
- Train client teams to think and operate in AI-native ways.
- Develop AI adoption programmes for marketing, creative and production teams.
- Build governance frameworks that encourage responsible, scalable AI usage.
- Design internal academies, enablement programmes and practical learning experiences that accelerate AI maturity.
Requirements
The ideal candidate combines executive creative leadership with deep technical knowledge and operational excellence.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, communications, design, digital media, business, technology or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualification, executive education or relevant certifications in digital transformation, marketing technology, AI, design leadership or programme management would be advantageous.
- Practical, portfolio-led experience in building creative operations, content supply chains or AI-enabled production systems will be valued alongside formal education.
Experience:
- Typically 10+ years’ experience across creative, marketing, digital production, content operations or marketing technology environments.
- Strong background in advertising, marketing, creative direction and digital experience.
- At least 5 years’ experience leading multidisciplinary teams or complex delivery programmes across creative, production, technology and client stakeholder groups.
- Proven success building and scaling multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience designing production operations capable of delivering high-volume content.
- Hands-on experience implementing workflow governance, briefing standards, review-and-approval processes, resource planning and performance reporting.
- Demonstrated expertise implementing automation and AI across creative workflows.
- Experience consulting with senior client stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Experience with enterprise content supply chain transformation, including the movement of work from campaign planning through creative production, approval, activation and optimisation.
